I really loved this wedding.  These two are so in love and it just explodes out into the air.  They also have a ton of love and support from family and friends.

Mary, was stunning!  Her dress was perfect, and you just could not find a sweeter person.

She had a AWESOME group of girlfriends

Greg was lookin mighty fine as well.  Greg is fun and funny.  I’m sure he is the life of many a party

While we were at the church, Blossoms Events was busy getting the Members Club looking gorgeous.  LOVE all the tulips.  It made this spring wedding look like spring

OK…I have only seen this done a few times, and this time was sooooo funny.  Mary and her dad had a little surprise for everyone 1/2 way through the father-daughter dance.

Amanda and Jason’s wedding was just kinda one of those smooth sailing calm and perfect wedding days.

After Amanda was dressed, we went to the beautiful Calvary Baptist Church in Florence where the ceremony was held.  A few touch ups, and we were on to the pre ceremony pictures.

The ceremony was truly beautiful.  This was a big wedding.  About 500 guests attended.  Amanda looked drop dead gorgeous!

A few pictures outside of the church in the front lawn….

Right across from the church was a great little stable.  Made a perfect spot for some pictures of the two of them.  I loved the location!

The reception was held at the Florence Little Theater.  It was really cool.  The box office was turned into the bar, the rehearsal room was perfect for the DJ and some dancing, and tables were scattered about inside, and in the outside area by the fountain too.  They each had their mother’s wedding dress on display!  What a cool idea!

It was truly an honor to capture such a special day for these two.  And they had they greatest most wonderful and supportive families ever!  I know these two will have a long and happy life together.  A huge thank you….for allowing me to capture your day!

Nicole and Blair are both from Charlotte, but decided to get married here at beautiful DeBordieu.   They are a great couple, and Nicole is just stunning!  The day started out at Stox & Co for hair and make-up.  Then, onto Debordieu to finish getting ready.

There wedding was on March 23.  Most years, it’s well into the 70′s by then, but as you know spring was slow to come this year.  It was 51f, and a little on the chilly side for an outdoor wedding.  But Nicole was brave.  She really wanted the ceremony outside.

She and Blair had a charming First Look

And then we did some of the formal set ups….

The ceremony was held on the lawn in front of the clubhouse.  Palmetto Strings played the ceremony music.  Even though it was a little chilly, I’m glad she had it outside.  It was beautiful, and nobody seemed to mind.

We even went to the beach for a few pictures

Then onto the main club house for a wonderful celebration of their love !  THE IN-LAWS played music and Thom Buccieri was the officiate and also provided the flowers for the reception.

Pawleys Island Bakery made the cake….

And check out the great little dress Nicole changed into.  Love this!!!

Blair and Nicole……thanks for choosing me!!!  We had a wonderful time and truly loved your day.  I know you two will have a lifetime of happiness together

I’m far to late in blogging about  Victoria and Jared too.  They were married on November 3rd, 2012.

Victoria was so fun to work with!  Her colors even matched the salon she and the girls got ready at! (Go Gamecocks)

After they were finished getting ready, we moved on for pictures to the ceremony site….The Kaminski House Museum.  Wow.  BEAUTIFUL bride, beautiful weather and a beautiful location.

Jared and the boys arrived right on time…..

Victoria’s father owns a trucking company, and she works for him.  As a surprise for him, at her bridal session she went to great lengths to  secretly ‘borrow’ one of the trucks.  On her wedding day, she gave a portrait to her dad.  It was a very touching moment.

Though they did not share a ‘First Look’ they did find time to hold hands for a moment before the ceremony

Then it was onto the South Carolina Maratime Museum for a celebration with friends and family.  Victoria & Jared….thanks so much for allowing me to record this beautiful day for you.  We really enjoyed the day!!

The next of last years weddings was Valerie & Joseph, who got married at the Ocean Club on October 27th.  Let me tell you, everyone there had FUN!

Val & Joe dated when they were younger…and went their separate ways.  It was fate that brought them together again later in life

Leslie at Memorable Moments was the wedding planner, and helped attend to all the beautiful details.

Kelly at Little Shop of Flowers does incredibly beautiful work, but she out did herself on this wedding!

There was a big rain storm that afternoon (means good luck for the couple), so the ceremony was moved inside.  I think it looked great in there!

The Ocean Club was looking fine  Linnens by Carolina Tents and Events, Cake Designer Incredible Edibles, Tim Peterman played the steel drums, and Wally B rocked it out with the guests.

Um….did I mention these people were ready to celebrate??  If you did not have fun here…..check your pulse!

On October 7th, 2012….Kate and Dave tied the knot  It was a beautiful warm fall day, and Kate was stunning!  She was happy, in love, and totally ready to marry her best friend….as was Dave.

The day started out at Stox & Company where the girls all had their hair and make-up done, and got dressed.  Oh — and what a GREAT group of girls this was.  Kate…you have some awesome friends there who really love you!

  Kates amazing Paloma Blanca dress was from Little White Dress.  It fit her perfectly.

Then on to Debirdieu!  Kelly Constable Jones is the wedding planner out there, and does an amazing job of keeping everything on schedule,  running smoothly and drama free.  Thanks Kelly, for always making my job easier!

Salt Harbour Designs from Wilmington NC did all the flowers, invitations and decorating.  They did an incredible job!

It was just lovely on the beach for the ceremony.  Paul Matthews played the steel drums and DJ’ed.  It was the most perfect beachy, tropical feel.  Reverend Benjy Simmons officiated.

Oh….the way those two look at each other!

And…TA DA.  Kate’s dad had a little surprise for them.  It was so unexpected and really cool!

On the way to the reception, we found a sweet little swing to play with.

Right before we were ready for some speeches, the sky opened up and let down some gentle showers.  It was quick, and did not stop or effect anything!   Kate’s parents had yet another surprise for them.

Time for some dancing.  If you were at this wedding and did not have fun…..uh…check your pulse!

Did I mention yet that the guys were hysterical!!!

Look at the faces in the background.  Really, everyone had a wonderful, wonderful time!
