A funny thing happened.  New York Prime contacted me about taking a few casual pictures of their guests, without disturbing them too much :-)  Well…… when a special occasion comes along for Walt and I , New York Prime is one of  the first places we think about going! We love their yummy menu!  So we worked out a little trade of images and food.

I just hope I have time somewhere in the future to go out and have dinner!!

I did promise a few of these beautiful ‘models’ I would tag them of facebook :-)

On Sunday, Santa made an appearance at the new Kangaroo Pouch out at Market Commons!!!  This year was better than last year….less kids cried at the sight of Jolly Saint Nick:)  Kids were also able to get IDs and finger printed to be digitally scanned into the system.  As always…pictures were free if an un-wrapped toy was brought for under privileged kids otherwise a $5 donation was excepted.  Thanks for everyones support and I hope Santa brings everything you asked for:)

This is Amanda and Alie.  There are four kids in their family, so we did two at a time and a few of them all together.  The kids were great, and all of them enjoyed the chicks except maybe for Amanda.  Yes, it was bound to happen.  While Amanda was holding a little chick, it decided it was a great time to go potty – lol.  Amanda was a great sport.  We cleaned her up and moved along — lol.  I absolutely love the outfits that mom picked out for the kids.  Part 2 of this family coming soon :-)

This was the 3rd year I had the honor of photographing Youth Leadership Day, hosted by Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and Coastal Carolina University.  This years theme:  ”XPRSS URSLF…The Right Way.”

It’s great to see such a bright, energetic and enthused group of  high school sophomores!  These are select students, chosen from over 40 high schools in 6 South Carolina counties, recognizing their awesome leadership abilities and talents.  They spend a full day at Coastal Carolina, split into groups focusing on the fundamentals of ethical leadership, and how to apply it to everyday life.  They concentrate on 4 programs…Integrity, Vision, Inspiration and Communication.  ”ALL THAT” from the Carolina Oprey and Good Vibrations preformed and were interviewed.

Wonderful program…and wonderful young adults!
