Photobooth at Pine Lakes

Everybody at Katie & Rob’s wedding had lots of fun with the photobooth….including us!!!  You can’t help but to keep on laughing when the guests are really getting into it :-)   The best part?  Well, each guest got TWO copies of their pictures.  One to take home, and the other to create an album page as a guest book for Katie & Rob.  They added their good wishes on the page, and Katie & Rob had an instant photo album to take with them on their Italy honeymoon (though they probably won’t have lots of extra time to look at it :-) )

Lauren & Jason April 30th, 2011

It’s difficult to pick only a few pictures to show you….. this was such a pretty wedding.  Lauren saw to every detail of her wedding, and they were all perfect. There were so many meaningful and emotional moments throughout the day.  If you were there, you know.   The entire wedding party was fun and I love them all! Lauren….. you looked so beautiful, words just can not describe it.   I know you will have a long and happy life together.  Thank you so much for allowing me to share the day with you two.

The Details?     The ceremony was held at Pawley’s Island Chapel and the reception at Winyah Indigo Society Hall.  Her beautiful dress was purchased at Amanda’s Collection, the totally amazing flowers by M. Gladden Designs, and cake by Janet Adams.  Dinner was provided by Carefree Catering.  Harpist Becky Nissen played during cocktail hour, and Deas Guyz Band kept the reception rockin.  Scott Lee helped me capture the day – thanks Scotty – your amazing :-)

Sofia’s 4 Month Session

This is Sofia’s 3 month session…a month late – lol.  Mom and dad are in the process of selling their home and business here in Myrtle Beach, and moving to DC where they just opened up a new restaurant!  Congratulations!!

Little Sofia was not so happy this day.  We did manage to get a few smiles, and I actually love her bottom lip sticking out in that 4 month old way of saying “I really wish you would go away”.  She is so beautiful….both happy and sad :-)

I wish Teressa, Kevin AND little Sofia all the luck in the world in DC !!

Ahhh.  My little buddy Kellen…. who is already 2 years old!  I photographed a maternity session for his parents, and have had the privledge of seeing him on a regular basis ever since.  He was in fact my ‘Chef Baby’ – lol.  Just look at him now!  Less than a year ago, he moved to Chicago.  Boo.  I’m happy he came back for a visit and hope to see him again very soon.  This visit, Grandma even came down from Pittsburg to smother him with kisses :-)  Love you Kellen!

A huge congratulations to Erika & Ken on the birth of their first child, Liam.  He was born on 4/25/11 at 2:33 pm, weighing a very healthy 7 pounds 9 ounces :-)  Both mom and dad work at Coastal Carolina University, so they have the whole summer to enjoy this little guy.  He is a precious as they come, and I so loved doing this session!

Hayden

Little Miss Hayden is a SUPER happy baby :-)  She was so fun to play with….and was up for anything.  Even lots of outfit changes! We did this session to help celebrate her very first birthday.  Mom, who is a hairstylist, thinks it’s a little ironic that she has a daughter who’s hair is not quite there yet…lol.   So she has found the greatest bows, headbands and outfits to make Hayden look like the little princess she is!  Good job Courtney!  LOVED doing this session, and can’t wait for the next time!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY JENNA & MATHEW!

One year ago today, I was photographing their beautiful wedding.  I am facebook friends with these two, and follow their posts.  They make me jealous!  They are sooooo in love, and leave sweet messages to each other nearly every day.  They wish each other happy anniversary every month.  Both lead very busy lives, but manage to go out of their way to tell each other how loved and cherished they are.

Jenna….Matthew…..I don’t need to wish you luck in the next year, as you have enough love to over power any luck you may need :-)
